How are products exchanged?
1. It is possible to request to exchange products by writing to the Facebook inbox.
2. The product can be exchanged for any other model on the site.
3. Products can be exchanged within 14 days after receiving them (the first day is the day after delivery).
4. Exchange is possible if the product has maintained its marketable appearance, is in perfect condition and the factory label on it is not damaged, removed, or lost.
5. Purchased products can be exchanged only once.
How to return products?
1. A request for the return of products can be made by writing to the Facebook inbox.
2. Products can be returned within 14 days from the day of receipt (the first day is the day after the day of delivery).
3. Return is possible if the product has retained its marketable appearance and is in perfect condition and the factory label is not damaged, removed, or lost.
4. The amount will be returned to you within 15-20 working days to the account from which the money was deposited. Refunds will be made once we receive the returned product at the location and it meets the above requirements.
